Rebecca’s signature blueprint — Resistance, Sculpt, Stretch — addresses the different ways the body asks to be worked to function well for life. Each 60-minute session includes:
Resistance: High weights/low reps, to build strength and power
Sculpt: Low weights/high reps, to cultivate muscular endurance
Stretch: Mobility and recovery, to ensure you come back even stronger
We emphasize the mind-body connection through intention, breath, and thoughtful progressions. We believe that working out isn’t just fuel for your physical being; it’s also fuel for your ambition in all its forms.
Every workout is customized to your fitness goals and energetic needs. Rebecca will begin training clients at private residences in Litchfield County and everywhere online during Fall 2025.
