You’re ready.
Let’s get strong.
I’ve always found the most joy while moving my body in community. I grew up dancing and, upon graduation from Emory University, dove into New York City’s budding wellness scene. I spent the next 15 years working with the most innovative minds in the fitness world at companies like Nike and mindbodygreen, and consulting on fitness brands like Strala Yoga and Gloveworx. During my free time I took every class I could get my hands on, often befriending instructors and embarking on mentorships.
When I was 25, overexercise lead to two herniated discs. Laying in bed and unable to move I realized that fitness wasn’t about doing more; it was about working smartly to build functional strength for life. From then on it became my mission to figure out how to do just that, even in the midst of a demanding career, in a way that was fun, sustainable, and delivered results.
Today, I am a 500-hour yoga instructor and soon-to-be NASM-CPT with over a decade of experience. My client-centric approach to strength building pulls from the best of weight lifting, yoga, and sculpt — recognizing that the body needs (and craves!) to be moved in different ways to support how we move in the real world. This variety ensures you always end sessions feeling energized from exceeding your expectations of what’s possible — and never overtrained or over-tired. Expect to build strength, gain mobility, and foster the mind-body connection, leaving you equipped to take on life’s demands as your strongest self.
I know just how good it feels to feel strong from the inside-out. And I want you to discover that, too.
I am currently accepting 1:1 or small group clients at personal residences in Litchfield County. I reside in Washington, CT with my young daughter, husband, and rescue cat. I’m a morning person who makes a mean green smoothie…recipe upon request.
