RS Studio personal training blends the power of strength training with the ease of the mind-body connection. Each 1:1 or small group session uses heavy to body weight resistance to deliver the burn you love, the strength you need, and the presence you deserve.
Each progressive workout follows a proven blueprint — Resistance, Sculpt, Stretch — that uses simple exercises practiced with precision and consistency. We draw from weightlifting, sculpt, and yoga to honor how your body is designed to move. The result: more strength, energy, and mobility…without feeling overtrained or depleted.
Founded by 15-year wellness industry veteran Rebecca Stump (NASM-CPT, YT-500, CPC), RS Studio offers 1:1 and small group training customized to your fitness goals and energetic needs. Rebecca will begin training clients at private homes in Litchfield County and everywhere online in November 2025.

In-Person 1:1 and Group Training
Train in the comfort of your home using the equipment you have on hand (plus some traveling goodies). Following a goals assessment, Rebecca will create a custom, progressive program that thoughtfully merges the best of resistance training, sculpt, and yoga. Expect to be challenged while learning to move well in your unique body. You’ll end each 50 minute session feeling strong, centered, and reinvigorated to take on your day.
Online 1:1 and Group Training
Get strong from anywhere in the world. Rebecca will create a custom program tailored to your goals that thoughtfully merges the best of resistance training, sculpt, and yoga. No equipment? No problem. From body weight only to full-on gyms, RS Studio’s functional strength blueprint is suitable to all environments. A camera is required to ensure proper form and accountability during each 50-minute session.
