Rebecca’s signature blueprint — Resistance, Sculpt, Stretch — addresses the different ways the body asks to be worked to function well for life. Each 60-minute session includes:
Resistance: High weights/low reps, to build strength and power
Sculpt: Low weights/high reps, to cultivate muscular endurance
Stretch: Mobility and recovery, to ensure you come back even stronger
We emphasize the mind-body connection through intention, breath, and thoughtful progressions. We believe that working out isn’t just fuel for your physical being; it’s also fuel for your ambition in all its forms.
Every workout is customized to your fitness goals and energetic needs. Rebecca will begin training clients at private residences in Litchfield County and everywhere online during Fall 2025.

About Rebecca
Rebecca has always found the most joy while moving her body in community. She grew up dancing and, upon graduation from Emory University, dove into New York City’s budding wellness scene. She spent the next decade working with the most innovative minds in the fitness world at companies like Nike and mindbodygreen — while teaching established methods ranging from yoga to sculpt.
Confronted with the demands of extremely high-stress workloads, daily movement was the medicine that fueled her ability to be present, focused, and effective. It remained Rebecca’s non-negotiable to juggle the demands of career, parenthood, and life’s endless uncertainties.
RS Studio was born out of Rebecca’s desire to create a strength-forward system that reinvigorates your entire being. Movement isn’t just fuel for your body; it’s fuel for your mind and ambition. It builds resilience and expands what’s possible.
Rebecca has been described as a “lightning bolt” who seamlessly merges NYC’s unstoppable energy with mind-body integration in every workout.
Rebecca will begin accepting 1:1 and small group clients at personal residences in Litchfield County and virtually during fall 2025. In the meantime, join the waitlist.
